Do You Skype?

en_ww_skype_free_120x60.gifIf you live in another state (not Washington) or another country (not the U.S.) and would like to enjoy coaching with me but are concerned about running up a huge phone bill, Skype is the answer.

Skype allows you to talk for free to anyone in the world using your computer. My clients and friends who live around the world love it, and so do I.

You simply download the Skype program onto your computer. It's quick to download, easy to install, and costs you nothing.

It's easy to use, too. Add the Skype name of the person you want to call to your contacts in the program. Then just click on their name and, voila!, you're connected and ready to talk as long as you want for free.

You can use it one of two ways:

  • Hear the other person through your computer speakers and talk to them through a microphone. If your computer has a microphone, like most laptops, you're instantly ready to go. If not, you may want to purchase a microphone. They're inexpensive (under $20) and readily available at places like Radio Shack and Best Buy.
  • Use a headset. You'll need a headset with two plugs which are inserted into the speaker jacks on your computer. You can buy them here.

The Skype program downloads easily and at no cost to you.

There's no charge for the call.
