Manifesting Through Your Chakras
It
wasn't too long ago in the history of humankind that we were unaware
of such things as chakras. Today the subject is almost mainstream.
In the off chance you haven't ever heard of chakras, they're energy
centers or vortexes that reside within and around your physical
body.
Even
if you aren't familiar with chakras, you've probably experienced
their energy. When you feel a sense of love emanating from your
heart, you're feeling the energy of the fourth chakra - the heart
chakra. When you feel like someone has knocked the wind out of you
by violating one of your personal boundaries, you're feeling a direct
hit to your third chakra, your center of personal will.
You
have chakras all over your body and even outside your body. Those
chakras that are outside your body are in your other energy fields
or energy bodies, such as your aura.
This
article deals with only the seven major chakras that reside within
your physical body. These seven chakras are vertically aligned in
the center of your body, from the top of your head to the base of
your torso.
The
opening of all chakras faces away from the physical body. The fulcrum
of the seven main chakras is connected to the central tube of life
force energy, or prana, that runs vertically through the head and
torso of the human body, as in the image to the right.
Chakras
act as receptors and transmittors of information, which makes them
powerful tools for creating - from inspiration to manifestation.
The
process of creating through the chakras begins at the Crown Chakra
and flows through the other six as follows:
-
The Seventh Chakra:
Commonly called the Crown Chakra, it's located at the top, or
crown, of your head. This is where you receive inspiration for
your plan or project from your guides, angels, Higher Self, and
other divine sources of higher wisdom.
- The
Sixth Chakra:
Your Third Eye Chakra is where you receive the visual form of
your inspiration and "see" it with your inner vision.
- The
Fifth Chakra: Located
in the center of your throat, this chakra is where you transform
thought and vision into words. This is the first manifestation
on the physical plane of the inspiration you received through
your crown chakra.
- The
Fourth Chakra: Also named the "heart chakra", it's
located in the area of your heart and is associated with the feeling
of love. Your heart chakra is where you feel the love and passion
for your inspiration.
- The
Third Chakra: This is the center of your personal will.
It's located in your solar plexus and is where you generate and
focus the force of your energy, or drive, as you move into action.
- The
Second Chakra:
Sometimes called the Sacral Chakra", it's located in your lower
abdomen, a couple of inches below your belly button. This chakra
is associated with family, friends, and community. Your sacral
chakra is where you share your inspiration with other people.
- The
First Chakra: Commonly called the Root Chakra. this
chakra is located in your pelvic area and is associated with the
physical world. This chakra is the pathway for birthing your inspiration
into the physical world.
Here's
an example of creating through the chakras. This example uses the
process of manifesting a book.
-
The inspiration for the book is received through your crown
chakra. You experience it as a great idea that just
seemed to come to you.
-
With the inner vision of your third eye,
you "see" what you want to write about. You may visualize
the interaction of the people in your book, how they look, and
what their surroundings are like.
-
You then begin to transform the vision of your book into words
with your throat chakra, as
you begin your writing.
-
The love and passion you feel in your heart
chakra for the inspiration of your book fuels your
desire to write it.
-
With the power of your personal will
chakra you move into action, as you put words to paper,
research publishers and editors, and draw your design for the
book cover.
-
Through the energy of your sacral chakra
you gather other people to help you manifest your book, such as
editors, publishers, printers, and book designers.
-
At last you manifest your reality by using the energy of your
root chakra and your book
is published!
Use
the power of your chakras to help you manifest what you want to
create. It's easy and powerful!
Manifesting
Through Your Chakras
Use a separate sheet of paper for each chakra, inserting
the name of the chakra at the top of the page. Start at your seventh
chakra, the chakra of divine inspiration, and jot down your thoughts
about your inspiration. Continue this process through each of the
chakras. As you do this work, you'll actually be creating an
energetic pathway from your initial inspiration to the physical
reality of it.
Love,
Kathy
ps.
Another fun and majorly creative method of using the chakras for
manifesting is with a Mind
Map.

This
is a fun way to help those beings who share the Earth with us, but
who have no voice and no vote. I just "adopted" a Bald
Eagle and plan to set it on top of my highest bookcase, where it
will look over the other animals I've adopted - a polar bear, a
snow owl, and two wolves.
These
fuzzy, cuddly critters make great gifts for the children on your
Christmas list. Kids of all ages learn about the animal through
colorful fact sheets and fun wildlife activities book. And when
you "adopt" a toy animal, the proceeds go to help the
preservation of the real animal. I just learned that the
nest of the Bald Eagle can weigh up to a ton!

Essential
Oil of the Month
R.C.
Winter's
coming... and along with the cold weather comes colds and flu.
This
essential oil blend gives relief from colds, bronchitis, sore throats,
sinusitis, coughs, and respiratory congestion. It combats lung infections,
decongests sinus passages, and relieve allergy symptoms.
It's
a wonderful blend to diffuse during winter. I put a couple of drops
on my pillow so I'm enjoying the benefits of this oil while I sleep.
When I wake up my sinuses are clear and I'm breathing more easy.
Additional
suggestions of how to use it:
- Apply
on your chest, neck, and over sinus areas
- Place
a drop on your checkbook and wallet
- Directly
inhale the aroma from the bottle for fragrant influence
- Diffuse
(always use a cold or misting diffuser)
- Add
2 - 4 drops to your bath water
- Use
as a hot compress
- Put
4 - 8 drops on a cotton ball and locate on heater vents (not on
a heater where it may catch on fire)
- Sprinkle
8 to 12 drops on your furnace filter
- Add
2 - 4 drops to a bowl of hot steaming water. Place a towel over
your head, lean over the bowl of water/oil and breathe in the
healing vapors.
After
applying the oil, rub your hands together briskly to spread the
oil on the palms of your hands and to warm it. Then cup your hands
over your nose and take three to five deep breaths, bringing the
molecules deep into your body.
Young
Living oil is steam distilled from the leaves and stems of 100%
organic plants. Unlike other brands of essential oils, there are
no chemicals used in the processing of the plants. Nor are there
chemicals or other ingredients added to dilute or damage the natural
healing properties of the oils.
