A
RARE Secret of Health
Both
my husband and I managed to escape catching one of the various cold
and flu bugs that were floating around all winter.
Why
is this such a big deal? Consider that last winter we were sick
three times with cold viruses (virusi?) that instantly converted
us into sofa slugs for several days each time. It seemed like we
no sooner got over one bug then we caught another.
What
changed for us this year was a protocol I've named RARE. It's simple,
easy, and extremely effective.
- R
- Rest. Well of course. You know you need rest when you get
sick. But do you really honor your body's need for it? Understand
this: continuing at your usual work pace when you're sick uses
energy that your body needs for healing. If you want to get better
faster, REST.
- A
- Airborne®. This stuff really works! If you haven't heard
of it, it's a bit like Alka-Seltzer, but with vitamins and minerals
and such. A teacher compiled the formula and you know that schools
seem to be the fav hangout for germs. At the first hint of a scratchy
throat or sinus trouble I drink a glass of water with one of these
tablets. Get it at your local grocery store.

- Reiki.
If you don't know how to do Reiki or haven't gotten your attunement
yet, with all my heart I recommend you do so. At least get the
first level attunement. This protocol is hugely powerful for healing
the body. If you don't want to be bothered learning Reiki, find
a Reiki practitioner near you and have a session. You'll be glad
you did.

- Essential Oils.
There are two techniques I use with essential oils - Raindrop
Therapy and Vitaflex. Raindrop Therapy is a process of applying
specific essential oils along the spine where viruses lie dormant.
Vitaflex combines reflexology and essential oils. I use Young
Living Essential Oils because they're the best. They're pure,
therapeutic grade 100% organic oils. Essential oils are extremely
effective for killing viruses because they consist of hundreds
of chemical compounds, making it impossible for the virus to become
immune to them. More about Young

That's
it. Simple yet astoundingly effective. The RARE formula for defeating
cold and flu virus before they get a chance to knock you down.
Try
it for your self the next time you feel that familiar tickling in
your throat that means yet another cold is trying to invade your
body.
