The result is the development of a new coaching tool that embodies the coaching wheel, astrology, and Carolyn Myss' archetypes. Although the benefits of this tool are many, I believe the most valuable is the awareness it brings of the multifaceted person you truly are and how this affects you in the different areas of your life. For example, typically people operate from a different archetype at work than they do, say, with friends or at a spiritual retreat. The awareness of what your archetypes are and how they affect a particular area of your life, adversely or benefically, gives you the power of choice. With this knowledge you can choose to operate under the attributes of one of your archetypes that would be most beneficial for you... and for all concerned.
