Happy Fool's Day! As I'm writing this I'm still wallowing in the wonderful dynamic energy that we had last night in my Tarot class. Usually in the Tarot classes I assign one hour to lecture and discussion and one hour to doing Tarot readings. Last night, however, we had such deeply thoughtfull discussions that we chose to continue with the discussions and forget about doing the readings. This class was on the Major Arcana; the word "arcana' is defined as meaning hidden wisdom or knowledge. I teach the class from the perspective of the Major Arcana being indicators and guideposts of the journey of the Soul this lifetime.
The students in my class began a grand discussion about what trusting actually might mean. One of the points brought up is that what you need will be given to you when you need it and not one New York second before. To illustrate this point I used the fabulous poem that Patrick Overton penned entitled "Faith". I offer it to you now for your enjoyment and musing. My apologies to Patrick for not being able to keep his carefully crafted layout of his poem. There just isn't enough width in this ezine to accomodate the length of the lines.
