Listening to Your World
Listening
at the Mineral Springs
Recently my husband and I went to Sol Duc Hot Springs. What makes
this piece of news amazing is that it's a place neither of us had
ever visited in all the time we've lived on the Olympic Peninsula.
(He was born in Port Townsend and I moved here 40 years ago.) Even
though it's only an hour and a half drive from our home, somehow
we've always bypassed the turnoff to this mineral springs resort
on the hundreds of trips we've made out to the "west end".
It's
a gorgeous drive... especially the parts along the winding shores
of Lake Crescent, which looks like a fjord rather than a lake, and
the 12 miles up to the hot springs that curves through a deep forest
of ancient evergreen trees.
Once
at the resort, I wasted no time in getting into the pool. After
a few minutes of settling in and getting used to the heat, I realized
that the other people, who likewise were soaking, seemed to be in
huge family groups. Grandmas, grandpas, uncles, cousins, husbands,
wives, aunts. And most of them weren't speaking English. They were
Japanese, Ukrainian, and Chinese families who also were enjoying
the waters.
As I closed my eyes and relaxed into the warmth of the water I began
to notice that their conversations sounded a lot like music. Their
voices were alto, baritone, soprano, bass. The rhythms of their
languages were unique and each created its own song.
Listening
at the Park
Often at Tai Chi, our instructor leads us through Chi Kung exercises
before we practice the Tai Chi form. During the summer our practice
is usually held at Chetzamoka Park in Port Townsend - a most magnificently
beautiful park with magical energy.
At
the end of the Chi Kung practice, he instructs us to listen to the
sound we can hear that's the farthest away.
As
I stretch my hearing, amazing worlds open up. Suddenly I notice
the sound of the wind high in the tree tops, the waves as they lap
at the shore on the nearby beach, the sound of gulls crying as they
soar over the water, the deep rumbling engines of the freighters
that slowly pass by out in the straits.
Listening
to Your World
Close your eyes for a moment. Now focus on what you hear close to
you. Then stretch your hearing out a bit and notice what you hear.
Finally, listen to the sounds that are farthest away from you.
After
a few minutes, open your eyes. Notice how you view your world now.
Love,
Kathy
ps.
Listen to your world whenever you're in a new or different location.
Notice what you become more aware of.

You
have lived hundreds and possibly thousands of lifetimes.
Imagine
all the the knowledge and wisdom you've gathered during all those
lifetimes.
Imagine
being able to access that knowledge and wisdom for use now. Knowledge
you can use to help ease your way through current issues. Wisdom
to help you understand the higher aspects of your challenges.
"I
want to let you know how much more clarity of thought I have!
I am receiving so much more understanding about the questions
I've been grappling with, and with that understanding I am finally
getting some PEACE!" HT, Oregon
Everything
you've ever experienced in every lifetime you've ever had since
your very first incarnation is stored in your Akashic Record.
The Akashic Wisdom Retrieval is a powerful process that gives you
access to all that hidden wisdom. Similar to a guided meditation
or visualization, the process utilizes the seven major chakras as
the gateway to your Akashic Record.
"Some
very deep healing occurred from the information gathered from
the AWR and that knowledge is having an effect on my life."
JM, Florida
During
an Akashic Wisdom Retrieval session you'll:
- receive
a powerful symbol
representational
of the subject or question upon which you wish to receive higher
information.
- learn
how to use the symbol after the session whenever you
wish to glean more knowledge and wisdom about your subject.
- experience
profound and revealing visualizations
- be
given words of wisdom regarding your question
- experience
the powerful energy of your personal will and how you
might use it regarding the query
- feel
the emotion that connects you to a past incident or
event, giving you the knowledge of the source of any blockages
you may have toward your subject
- discover
the people from your past and present who are instrumental
to your query and how they can help you now
Private
phone sessions available now
(CD and mp3 download versions coming soon.)

information HERE...
Important
note: Because your Akashic Record is stored within your
DNA, for optimum results it is recommend that you have the Interdimensional
12 Strand DNA Activation at least three days and preferably
two weeks previous to experiencing Akashic Wisdom Retrieval.

Book
o' the Month
Books
have always been an important part of my life. Because
I love books so much, I want to share with you those that especially
excite me. This month's selection is...
Your
Body Believes Every Word You Say
by Barbara Hoberman Levine
One
of my clients constantly used the phrase "a pain in the butt"
to describe things, people, and events in his life. When I asked
him if he had any lower back pain, he was very surprised and asked
how I knew. "Simple," I said. "You're telling your
body to create pain in your lower back each time you say 'pain in
the butt.'" He stopped using that phrase and his back pain
diminished.
This
is but one example of the connection between the language you habitually,
and often unconsciously, use and how it can create ill or good health
within your body.
Barbara
Eleven's book, Your Body Believes Every Word You Say,
explains more deeply and completely how this body/mind connection
works and how you can use it to your advantage.
She
shares stories, research, and examples of how the words you use
affect your body. And she offers what she calls "verbal hygiene"
- cleaned up words and thoughts that you can use in place of those
that are habitual and potentially health-damaging.
There
are almost 50 self-help exercises in her book that:
-
empower you in recognizing words and phrases you currently use
that may be detrimental to your physical health.
- offer
methods for effectively changing these words and phrases.
- give
you examples of common language to get you started in identifying
your own damaging "seed thoughts".
This
book will open your field of awareness regarding the words you use
and empower you to use only language that assists your body in staying
in optimum health.
