Preparation for the Session

Whether you are having a session by phone or are using the CD or mp3 download, before you experience The Interdimensional 12 Strand DNA Activation there are a few preparations you can do to enhance your experience and your results.

Create a safe, secure space. Make sure that you won't be disturbed or interrupted by pets, people, phones, computers, faxes, etc. If you use psychic protection, such as a sacred circle, put it in place or activate it before the session.
Have a glass or bottle of pure or filtered water, not tap water. Unless you have a private well, tap water typically contains toxic chemicals and pollutants, such as chlorine and fluoride. You will experience thirst as we work with the electromagnetic connections in your body. Your body requires sufficient hydration in order to complete these connections. Have a glass or bottle of water nearby during the session.
Set the mood. If you wish, burn a white candle or some incense. It's best not to play music, since we'll be working with the precise vibration of the sacred Solfeggio music scale during the activation and other sounds could distort the vibration you're receiving.
